Has CompTIA A+ Service Technician Certification and 3Com Telephony Certification. Extensive experience in setting up & managing networks and DSL & Wireless Internet connections. Other practice areas include IP videoconferencing solutions, disaster recovery, Point Of Sale systems, PC troubleshooting and consultation. |

Senior Network Technician
Member of the WSB Computer Services staff since 2000. Native of Greece, has lived in the Valley since 1995. Honor graduate of Adams State College with degrees in Business Computing, Marketing and Telecommunications. Has CompTIA A+ and N+ Service Technician Certifications. Has extensive experience in networking and troubleshooting under a variety of Operating Systems. Other areas of focus include, Web Site development, videoconferencing and other multimedia solutions. |

Kenny Bertin
Senior Network Technician
Member of the WSB Computer Services staff since May 2001. He has lived in the Valley for over fifteen years. A graduate of Adams State College with a BS in Management Information Systems and a graduate of Trinidad State Junior College with an AAS in Office Technologies. Has CompTIA A+, N+ Service Technician , 3Com Telephony and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certifications. Job experiences include: 3+ years as a Network Administrator for Trinidad State Junior College and 1 year as an Installation/Network Technician for a local ISP. Has extensive experience in networking, cabling and troubleshooting of various operating systems. |

Jon Cordero
Senior Network Technician
Member of the WSB Computer Services Staff since June 2001. Jon is originally from Los Angeles, CA and has lived in the San Luis Valley for over fifteen years. He is a graduate of Trinidad State Junior College. Jon has exstensive experience with Server Installations, Administration, Storage, and Virtualization. His other areas of expertise include Networking, Audio Video Integration and Custom Cabling. He currently holds a few industry certifications including A+, Network+, CCNA. |

Jon Richardson
Network Technician
Jon joined the WSB Computer Services team in 2011. He is a versatile technical expert who has delivered data network implementation and support to Colorado businesses since 1998, and has over 20 years of experience in the data industry. His background includes network consulting, Windows server migrations, network upgrades, office relocations, data center build-outs, and managing technology for public school districts. He has experience installing, configuring, and supporting firewalls, Ethernet switches, Windows Servers, Macintosh and Windows desktop computers.
Jon’s most important job is being a Dad to three great kids. Outside of work, Jon’s interests include gardening, dogs, local music, bicycling, and travelling

Doug Vollertsen
On-Site Technician
Long time resident of the San Luis Valley with a degree in Communications from Pensacola Christian College. Spent 11 years as an Operations Manager in the radio industry before joining WSBCS in July 2008. He has experience with custom audio installations, graphic design applications, and the Macintosh. |

Born and raised in Vermilion Ohio, he has over 30 years of Telecommunications and Data experience. He is well versed in outside and inside plant engeneering and installation, as well as many types of communication system such as Omega, tie systems, North Star, NEC, Partner, Rolm, and many others. |

Roberto Herrera
Certified On-site Technician
Member of the WSB Computer Services staff since December 2004. He was raised in the San Luis Valley. Graduating with honors, he received his Associates degree in Computer Network Technology from Trinidad State Junior College in Alamosa. He has a CompTIA A+ Service Technician Certification. Currently specializing in sales and management, work experience includes PC sales, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. |

Aaron was born and raised in Northern Arizona. He moved to the San Luis Valley in January of 2001. He holds a certificate of PC repair from Penn Foster University. He is currently finishing his A+ certification. Aaron joined our professional staff in 2011 |

Vice President/General Manager
Resident of the San Luis Valley since 1996. Honors graduate with Associates of Specialized Technology in Electronics Engineering with emphasis in Computer Electronics. Career in the computer industry began in 1992, specializing in Fortune 500 sales and management with some technical background building computers. Corporate Management began in 1982 managing staffs of up to 75 people. Specialties include Human Resource Development & Training, Staff Development Programs, Job Readiness & Retention Development & Training, Benefit Administration, and Advertising.

Office Manager
Born and raised in the San Luis Valley. She attended Adams State College and graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Art with emphasis in Photography. Erica managed a PCA Portrait Studio for four years before joining our professional staff in August of 2006. She has experience in management, sales, and customer relations. |

Sales & Purchasing Associate
Born and raised in the San Luis Valley, Stephanie is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business with a minor in Information technology, Also a graduate of Trinidad State Junior College with an A.A.S in Information Technology. Work experience includes, inventory control, Purchasing, creating estimates and accounts receivable, currently specializing in sales and customer service. Stephanie joined our professional team in March, 2007.

Born and raised in Denver, CO were she worked for 14 years as a inside sales and inventory warehouse manager. Moved to San Luis Valley in 1998 where she owned and operated her own catering business. Joined WSBCS in August of 2008. |
